We manufacture LDPE (Low Density Polyethylene) custom shipping bags (sometimes called courier or mailer bags) with an adhesive lip for self sealing. We offer low minimums (as low as 1000 for a 1 color print for our standard sizes ) for spot color printing.   Most of our mailing bags are produced with a coex film that is white on the outside and black on the inside for privacy and security and include a lip with adhesive for sealing.  We can produce a wide variety of custom sizes to get the bag that works best for you!

USPS approved film for BULK automated mailing is also available -- please specify if you need USPS film.  USPS film is clear and only about 1.5 mil thick and is used for bulk mailing.  

For "one-at-a-time" shipping via USPS, our standard white outside, black inside material will work best.

We can also produce mailers with at double adhesive lip for returnable mailer bags.  

We recommend permanent adhesive for the adhesive lip area, although we do offer resealable as well.  The resealable tape can be compromised in the shipping process, leading to open bags and possible lost merchandise

A resealable adhesive lip is typically used when the application requires access to the bag contents without destroying the bag. Resealable adhesive can be opened and closed several times before it becomes ineffective. The number of times it can be resealed depends on the environment where it is opened. Dust particles, etc, will reduce the resealable adhesive's ability to stick.
