Custom Zipper-Lock Bags

Custom Poly Packaging manufactures custom printed zipper-lock reclosable bags in custom sizes and to custom specifications. We use standard press-to-seal low density polyethylene (LDPE) track zipper profiles.

The bags can be customized with custom printing, custom bag specifications or by adding a bottom gusset. Customizing zipper bags by adding the special features you need is what we do every day.

If you are packaging a product in a zipper bag for retail sale, you may want to consider a tamper-evident zipper lock bag. Tamper-evident zipper lock bags have a tear-away perforation above the zipper profile and are loaded from the bottom and heat sealed. Once filled and sealed, the tamper-evident zipper lock bag gives the consumer confidence that your product has not been tampered with while providing the consumer the convenience of a reclosable package once it has been opened. (It's a great way to combat theft, too.) 

We can make your zipper lock bag with hang holes, vents and even die cut handles in an extra-wide zipper lip. We will work with your company to determine the right poly bag specifications for your application.
